Mobius Technologies is operating an in-house machine building division. We do engineer and built all machines to recycle polyurethane waste back into new raw materials in our by own means. In addition we are supplying full systems to introduce MPU products into the processes of our customers.

OSB STANDARD DOSING UNIT
The MPU standard dosing unit is designed to dispatch, dose and feed MPU into the OSB process. The machine is able to feed 20 – 400 Kg of MPU per hour into the blending process of the factory. A loss in weight dosing system ensures most accurate dosing of the co binder.
MOBIUS SLABSTOCK TRIM REGRINDING LINES
Regrinding of polyurethane slabstock trims is a core competency of Mobius Technologies. Our regrinding lines are designed to process 50 – 250 Kg of PU trim per hour. With two roll mills, we are able to transform the waste into powders with particle size around 40 microns.
MOBIUS MPU SLURRY PREPARATION LINES
Preparation of polyol slurries with powdered additives of low bulk densitiy requires a specific process. The Mobius slurry preparation line is blending the components in a vacuum chamber. With this process, any entraining of air can be avoided and the maximum temperature increase is limited to ca. 5 Kelvin. A 20-ton storage tank is required to ensure continuous supply to the foaming head.t.
